ジビエ好きの友人から長いことお薦めを受けていて、この度やっとこさお邪魔しました。
前評判に違わぬ素晴らしい肉質・味付・盛付・皿のチョイスの数々！！
頼んだのは極みコースで、兎に角肉をご堪能あれ！という内容。
猪のロティは肉感と塩加減が心地よく
鹿のタルタルはうどで春の香りと食感を満喫。
また、シャルキュトリー豚頭のテリーヌに
添えられていた卵とディル・ケッパーMIX
のソースがとんでもなく美味で大感動。
シェフに思わず熱意を伝えてしまいました。笑
あとお皿が本当にどれも可愛い！
サービングされる度に「可愛い〜///」と唸っていました。個人的にテンション上がる。
ドリンクは北海道ワイン赤をボトルと
ビール大・スパークリング・白を各2程。
連れが誕生日であったことをさりげなく
小耳にしてくださったシェフがデザートで
プチ祝いをしてくださいました、感謝^^
