Visited on November 21, 2019 ・Meat-based B Lunch 900 yen Located in the Ryukanbashi direction from the west exit of Kanda Station, the Japanese-style restaurant "Yashima" has been open since June 18, 2018. It has a calm Japanese atmosphere that is hard to imagine in the hustle and bustle of the bustling town. When you go through the noren curtain, you can see the neat and tidy kitchen in front. At lunch, you can enjoy a course meal in a private room, as well as a special lunch limited to 10 meals, and a makunouchi Bento (boxed lunch) with fish or meat as the main dish. The "makunouchi Bento (boxed lunch) with meat as the main dish" comes with rice, miso soup, pickles, and dessert, and the bento box contains creamed turnip and young chicken, simmered hijiki seaweed, yam dressed with wasabi, Shimonita leek and small fish Kinpei, egg roll, and sashimi. The main dish, "creamed turnip and young chicken," was very delicious with fluffy turnip, tender chicken, and a mellow, creamy seasoning. We were warmed and comforted by the miso soup containing fish bones, and the final dessert was "matcha warabi mochi." We were deeply impressed by the richness of the matcha and the soft and bouncy texture of the warabi mochi.
