お客様を神田でご接待。懐石のコースをお願いしました。
お店の雰囲気もよく、個室でお料理を頂きました。
全部で9品程だったと思いますが、どのお料理もとても綺麗に盛り付けられ、料理人の意気込みが感じられます。どこが凄いとか、この一品が…とかは無くとも、コース全体を通して優しい味で、お酒が進み話が弾むお料理でした。
接待なのだから、話の邪魔をしない、料理が主張しない。これぞ日本料理の王道だと思います。
次はふらっとランチに行ってみたくなりました。
