平日の夕方に予約をして訪問したら
入り口に"本日は予約で満席"と出ていました
予約とってて良かった

▫︎朝〆の胡麻サバ、胡麻カンパチは売り切れ前に
▫︎出汁で楽しむ"おでん"もマストオーダー
店内に入ると厨房の前には冷蔵ケースがあり
ずらっと串が並らんでいます

博多発祥の野菜巻き串から定番の焼き鳥まで
かなりの種類が用意されていました
"数本つまんでメインへ"と思っていましてが
まー、美味しくて、
串ゾーンから抜け出せません、、
レタス巻き串、豆苗巻き、えのき巻き、
豚バラ肉で野菜を巻いて食べる博多野菜巻き
から、レバーや皮など定番を頂きました
皮が美味しくて2本お代わり
▪︎たけのこの甘醤油焼き
旬、真っ只中の筍
甘さのある九州醤油をつけて
炭火で焼き上げる
香ばしさがたまりません
▪︎ごまカンパチ
ごま鯖はタッチの差で売り切れてしまい
カンパチを頂きました
朝〆の新鮮なカンパチ
目の前で胡麻をすって頂き完成です
コリっとした食感は新鮮そのもの
▪︎おでん
霧島鶏とあご出汁のWスープ
それぞれの具材の旨みも吸ったお出汁が絶品
定番も良かったですが
博多うどんの定番の具材"ゴボ天"が最高でした
土鍋ごはんなど〆を食べる予定でしたが
途中で串とおでんゾーンから抜け出せず
次回の楽しみにとっておく事にしました
何を食べても美味しく、
居酒屋さんのワンランク上の九州料理
予約で満席になるのも頷けます
好きなものを、好きな時に、好きなだけ
幸せな時間を過ごせました
