Our proud fish are purchased from Toyosu every morning! It is our signature menu item, and we are proud of its freshness and cost ratio of over 80%, which we believe is an overwhelming CP. The fish changes daily depending on what is purchased that day. I think it's about the third best restaurant in Kanda (lol). We have a strong connection with a tuna wholesaler in Toyosu, and we also offer rare parts of tuna that you can't find anywhere else. When you visit us, be sure to try Uokai Sendan's ``Six Types of Sashimi'', which includes ``cheek meat, nodou, chin meat, and kama''!
