You can enjoy freshly made soba noodles at [Kanda Risoan] no matter when you visit. We use only domestic buckwheat flour, mainly from Hokkaido, so you can enjoy its rich aroma and delicate taste. The noodles have a firm texture and feel good when they go down your throat, and are mixed with a luxurious soup stock made with plenty of bonito and kelp. At lunchtime, you can casually enjoy Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) and soba noodles, and at night, enjoy handmade soba noodles to end your meal or drink.
