東京メトロ新御茶ノ水駅B6出口から徒歩2分､テナントビルの細く長い階段を降りた地下1Fにあります。
店内は蕎麦屋らしい和風の綺麗な造りです。
テーブル席と奥に座敷席があり､ちょっとした宴会も可能です。
夜のお品書きは 豊洲市場から入荷する刺身､焼きもの､天ぷら などがあります。

さつまいも､まいたけ､菜の花､アスパラ､茄子が大皿にのります。
思いのほか多く盛られていますので3～4人で食べるのが丁度良い感じです。
素材の香りが良く､春を感じられる味わいです。
・国産穴子白焼き (2024.3.25)
なかなか珍しい白焼きの穴子です。
肉厚で脂のりがとても良く､香ばしさも手伝ってか美味しい。
軽く塩振りするか､ちょこっと山葵をのせるくらいが良い。
・蕎麦屋のつまみ三点盛り合わせ (2024.3.25)
紅茶鴨の燻製...濃厚な鴨の旨みが口の中に広がり､続いて燻した香りが感じられます。
にしんの旨煮...鰊の美味しさを感じられる薄口くらいの味付けが良く､特有の小骨感は気になりません。
板わさ...美しくカットされた蒲鉾には山葵醤油が合います。
日本酒､焼酎が多く､そしてお酒に合う気の利いたおつまみも多い､とても満足な晩酌になります。
