All the fish we serve is shipped directly from Toyosu Market every morning. Fresh, seasonal fish carefully sourced by our head chef. It takes about 20 minutes by car from Toyosu to the restaurant, so you can enjoy the freshest fish purchased that day while staying in the city. Recommended is the sashimi platter. Please enjoy the freshness of our products. It has high cost performance and is perfect for pairing with Japanese sake.
