仕事帰りに少し早めの忘年会！神田のふぐ料理がメインの居酒屋に行ってきました。店員さんの接客も素晴らしく、天内は扉付きの完全個室で居心地が良かったです。
なんといっても高級なふぐ料理がコスパよく食べられるということで、こちらのお店を選びました。
お手頃価格でも味は一流でした。
場所は神田駅の東口から徒歩1分程度の駅チカ立地。
ビルの3階にあります。
エレベーターに乗って店内に入ると店員さんが丁寧に出迎えてくれました。
今回は宴会プラン【和コース】全6品 ¥3,980、で予約しました。
ドリンクは別料金で飲み放題も付けることができます。
席は個室で、和モダンな内装。
落ち着いた雰囲気です。
テーブルには呼び鈴があるので、ボタンを押す時店員さんが飲み物を聞きにきてくれます。
まず乾杯で1杯目はエクストラコールド。
ビールの種類が選べるのも嬉しい。
アルコールメニューはボトルもあったり、
ソフトドリンクのメニューも充実していて
バリエーションが豊富です。
コースのメニューは以下。
・すっぽんスープ にゅうめん
優しいお出汁が身体に染み渡ります。
・ふぐ湯引き
コリコリとした食感が美味しくおつまみにピッタリでした。
・カツオたたき サラダ仕立て
新鮮なカツオとサッパリとしたドレッシングで美味しかったです。
・ふぐ唐揚げ
薄づきの衣がサクッとしていて、出来たてアツアツで身はふんわりとしていました。
揚げ方も上手でしたねー。
・ふぐちり鍋
メインのお鍋！たっぷりの具材とふぐの身がプリプリとしていて、香りも良かったです。
スープも飲み干せるくらい美味しくて、
箸が止まりませんでした！
・蟹めし
〆のご飯は土鍋に入っていて、蓋をあけると蟹の良い匂いが漂ってきました。
蟹の実がこれでもかというくらい入っていて
食べ応えバツグン！
ご飯の炊き加減も絶妙で、美味しかったです。
コース全体を通して、提供スピードもちょうど良かったのも流石だな〜と思いました。
御料理ごとに取り皿ももってきてくれたり、ちょっとした気遣いも丁寧で接待やデートにも向いているお店だなと思いました。
また行きたい！
