塩ラーメンを頂きました
今月は牡蠣をベースとのこと
スープが全体的に牡蠣の旨味の一点突破という感じで美味しかったです
お店の方が拘り強めな感じだったのもあり雰囲気との相性も良い
塩ラーメンの日である火曜日に訪問。
今回は海老塩ラーメンを提供していた。
訪問時はちょうど満席。
提供は早く、着席から2分程度だったと思う。
スープは確かに海老の香りを感じる仕上りだが...

やっぱりうまい。
初めての辛みそを5段でいってみたがよかった。
スープとのバランスがいいのは3段くらいかな？
また明日も食べたい。
限定のつけ麺食べたかった。
日によって出汁がかわるすごいラーメン屋。
行った日はブルーオマール海老の塩ラーメン。
スープの深みがマジですごい。延々と海老の風味が後追いしてくる。
お店は二郎っぽい感じで、マナーとかに...

この日はホタテ貝柱のみ20kgを仕込みに使った、塩ラーメン。
