Seafood is flown in every day from Nanao in the Noto region of Ishikawa Prefecture, where the manager is from. When a local customer came to Tokyo, he happened to visit our restaurant, and after tasting the sashimi, he said, ``It's the same as if you didn't eat it in Nanao, it's delicious!!'' I was very happy when he said this in perfect dialect.

``Natural yellowtail shabu shabu from Noto'' is our signature winter menu.While there are many different production areas, we are particular about using local Noto products. Because it tastes good.
