16時半で10人以上の行列はほぼインバウンド。客ごとにテーブルセッティングをしっかりするので回転は遅め。店長はフレンチ出身の陽気なシェフ。英語、仏語でお客に商品説明。僕はビスクっぽいのは苦手なのでクリームの入ったカルボナーラ。思ったよりもスープなので案外食べやすい。麺はややパスタっぽい。オリジナルも美味しいが卓上の蝦油がよく合う。これでフレンチから一気にラーメンになっていく。最初はレンゲでおっかなびっくり試したが、最後はスープに大量に入れて完飲。前菜に提供されるパプリカの冷製スープは塩分高めも美味しいかった。
