東大のすぐ近くにあるフレンチレストラン。
ちょっと入り組んだ場所ですが、ホテルの1階にあり、入口はホテルと一緒になっていました。
入って左手がホテルの受付、右手がレストランです。
この日は事前にランチコースを予約して訪問。
●ランチコース 2,500円
（前菜・メインディッシュ・パン・デザート・飲み物）
前菜は、5種の野菜のマリネ。
説明していただいたものの詳しくは忘れてしまったのですが、ひとつずつ違った風味を楽しめる前菜でした。
メインディッシュはお魚orお肉から選べます。
この日の魚料理は、メカジキのポワレ デュカスパイス風味のソース。
ポワレはソテーやムニエルと似ているけど、フライパンでカリッと焼き上げる調理法だそう。
中はふわっと柔らかくて美味しかった。
ちなみにデュカはエジプト料理に使われるミックススパイスで、一般的にはゴマ・コリアンダー・クミン・松の実・塩胡椒などが入っているみたい。
それほどクセはなく、メカジキや付け合わせの野菜とよく合うお味でした。
デザートは3種類から選べて、フロマージュブランのムースとエストラゴン風味のアイスを。
コクのあるフレッシュチーズのムースと、エストラゴンというハーブが効いた爽やかなアイスの組み合わせ。
蒸し暑い日だったのでさっぱり食べられて嬉しかったです。
事前予約で素敵な個室もご用意いただき、久しぶりの女子会をゆっくり楽しめました。
