こんにちは。
美容鍼灸師kozueです。
先日、本郷三丁目駅近くにあるスペイン料理のお店、スペインバル エル クルセへ行ってきました。
今回は、5名での懇親会で伺う事にしていたため、予約の際にお店で1番人気の飲み放題（2.5h）コースのでお願いしました。
お料理は、全10品です。
・鮮魚のカルパッチョ
・ハモンセラーノ（スペイン産生ハム）
・田舎風豚肉のテリーヌ
・白レバーのムース
・スペインオムレツ
・パルメザンチーズのサラダ
・海老のアヒージョ
・鴨胸肉のロースト
・魚介のパエリア
・デザート
鮮魚のカルパッチョは、お野菜がたっぷり乗っており、サラダ感覚のカルパッチョです。
スペイン産生ハムは、しっかりとした塩味があり、お酒によく合います。
田舎風豚肉のテリーヌは、マスタードにとってもよく合いました。
白レバーのムースは、薄くスライスされたバケットとドライフルーツととても相性が良く美味しかったです。また、ふんわりとした感じが好評でした。
スペインオムレツは、たっぷりのキノコ？が入っており、柔らかく美味しかったです。
パルメザンチーズのサラダも女性には、ヘルシーで嬉しいですね。
海老のアヒージョは、プリプリの海老の食感が美味しかったです。
鴨胸肉のローストもたっぷりのポテトと一緒に美味しく頂きました。
締めの魚介のパエリアは、海老、ムール貝、アサリ等の魚介が入っており、ボリューム満点でした。
デザートは、フロマージュ？の様な感じで美味しかったです。
また、飲み放題メニューは下記の通りです。
ドリンクメニュー約20品以上があり、皆さん、好みのカルテルやワインなどを頂いていました。
お料理の品数も結構あり、女子会などには、良いのではないかと思いました。
