Korakuen Station, Kasuga Station 1 minute walk! We visited [Escape by cocktail works]. This shop opened in January 2022. It will be a new store of Orchard Night Co., Ltd., which handles "cocktail works" and other products that are developed restaurant mainly in Tokyo. The origin of the name of the store is that it was named "Escape" from the concept of creating a place of healing in the center of Tokyo as telework progresses and the flow of people changes to the suburbs of the countryside. The store is located on the first floor of the redevelopment project "Bunkyo Garden Gate Tower" in front of Korakuen Station and Kasuga Station. The inside of the store is dimly lit and has an adult space such as a moody "This is a bar". There are 24 seats, mainly at the counter and table seats. On this day, I had a light drink as the second restaurant. I ordered "Choco Negroni" ¥ 1,650 An original cocktail that adds cacao to Negroni, which is one of my top 3 favorite cocktails overseas. While there is a refreshing feeling of gin, the moderate bitterness and flavor of Campari go well with cacao. In addition to being conscientious when you take into account the atmosphere of 800 yen, the charge seems to be focusing on food, so I would like to use it again when I visit nearby. It was a treat.
