Reservations are the norm? You have to wait a year. This time, the restaurant was rebuilt, so this is my first visit in two years. To be honest, I only have vague memories of it being delicious and filling me up... I imagine that even if it were a huge building, the atmosphere would change, but... Oh. It really feels like the original restaurant has been rebuilt. The scale is almost the same. Of course, it's new, so it's clean. When you go inside, it doesn't have the old atmosphere or seating, but it still has its good points, and it has a nice separation that allows each group to enjoy themselves. Well, of course I've forgotten what I ordered two years ago... I've already ordered the specialty crab and radish hotpot and fugu sashimi. The rest is a la carte. I order simmered fish, whitefish milt, and grilled fugu! The simmered fish is as rumored to be, bouncy and gentle yet with a strong flavor, and goes well with the refreshing taste of the mustard. And fugu sashimi. As I wrote in my review of a certain restaurant, if you eat it at a regular restaurant, it feels very bland, but the fugu sashimi here is also very flavorful and has a strong taste. Grilled fugu... ah... this is it. It's very juicy... elastic, and the flavor is also concentrated. Of course it's delicious. We even had the milt, and everything goes well with fin sake♪ At this point... Now, it's finally time for the specialty hot pot that you can only eat here. Try it once! I can't really explain it... It's simple, but very delicious. It seems like you can make it, but you can't... it's so much! It contains a lot of radish. Since I had eaten quite a bit before the hot pot, I had to think about what to finish. At this point, the staff said, "You can also take it home." I was grateful for the words. I took advantage of it. This gave me flexibility in thinking about what to finish. Now, my options were Ramen and porridge. So, what should I do? I know it's a bit strange to say this after leaving some food behind, but... "Can I have both?" "Sure~♪" I took advantage of their kind words and started with Ramen. Then the zosui. I think I had the zosui last time. I highly recommend Ramen. It's delicious! Of course, the zosui soaks up the soup well and is absolutely delicious. But personally, I would have preferred Ramen this time. I asked about reservations, and the next one is a year from now. I think this is probably a restaurant that was originally supported by local people. It has that kind of atmosphere and the staff are all very kind, it's a great restaurant. Thank you for the meal!
