入るとすぐにカウンターが見えた。

とにかく暑すぎてまずは喉を潤す。
お通し
海老マヨサラダやな。
お通しは毎回変わるみたい。
店主のセンスも垣間見れる料理やった。
ブロッコリーの他に茄子(しかも水茄子か？)
がアクセントになっとる。

鯖専用の酒。
くどさは微塵もないスッキリしたお酒。
確かに合うな。
鶴齢
純米超辛口と特別純米の二種類。
辛口はまさに食中酒そのもの。
逆に特別純米のふくよかさが強調される。
これは贅沢な飲み比べやと思う。
鶏肉のグリル
旨味がしっかり閉じ込められて
外側もそんなに固くなっていない。
こりゃ旨いな。
いやぁ、美味しいお酒と
念願の鯖焼きとお酒、
これだけええ酒が飲めたのは久し振り。
