Our restaurant is one of the few Sushi restaurants that has the right to participate in the auction at Toyosu Market. By making the most of this advantage in purchasing, you can purchase fresher and better ingredients at lower prices. Sometimes we receive fish that we have never seen or heard of. Skilled craftsmen use their hands to handle and hold them. Please enjoy delicious Sushi made with carefully selected ingredients that are shipped directly from the market and directly from the producer!

Year-end parties are a time to look back on the past year and congratulate friends on their hard work, and New Year's parties are a time to celebrate the start of a new year. We prepare everything from appetizers to sashimi and grilled dishes using plenty of fresh ingredients delivered directly from Toyosu Market.
