東京の台東区といえば、
在日コーリアの方々も多い街。
これが、この界隈の歴史を形成して
います。
韓国と言えば、代表は焼肉・ホルモン！
これを、味・雰囲気ともに味あわせて
くれるのがこちら
『釜山館』さん。焼肉屋さんです。
炭火焼きなんかが流行る前からの
お店ですので、ガス台でグリルすると
いう形式。。。
これもたまりません。
カルビなんかも、揉みダレに漬けてあるような
処理なので、色は黒っぽい。
しかし、これが良く熟れていて肉の旨みを
引き出しててくれています。
あと、外しちゃいけないのが『ホルモン！』
こちらも、脂身プリップリというものでは無い
んですが、ホルモンの旨みが分かる仕込み。
値段も高くなく、満足できる焼肉屋さんです。
