2008年創業。
かれこれ創業14年を経ている佳店、味農家。
おかず横丁にある当店は、店名のごとく、野菜に拘った料理を中心にし、創業当時から人気急上昇。
予約困難な時期がだいぶ長く続いてました。
ストレートのカウンター5席、テーブル1卓4名。
ここ3年くらいランチ営業をしているということを最近知って、お昼時伺ってみました。

・茄子&ジャガイモフライ
・キャベツときゅうりのゆかり和え
・豚大根と焼き豆腐の煮物
・ピーマンと人参の炒めもの
・昆布
・サラダ
・お揚げの味噌汁
・土鍋ご飯(お代わり可)
超久しぶりにポテトフライに出合いました。
子供の頃は肉屋の店頭でゴロゴロしたポテトにパン粉を付けて揚げたポテトフライはとてもポピュラーでした。
ちなみに宇都宮では串に刺さってましたが、東京では新聞紙に袋で提供されていたようです。
いつしか絶滅危惧されている庶民の食べ物です。
ご飯は土鍋で炊いています。
カウンターに3つの土鍋が置かれていて、お代わり可能です。
拘りの野菜を使用したそれぞれの料理は、ほどよくエッジもある味付け、インパクトもあり美味しいですねぇ。
味農家さんで、野菜中心の健康的な和食ランチをいただけるのは好感度大です！
