Minoya Course / Until June11dishes
A vegetable kaiseki course where you can enjoy seasonal vegetables in a variety of cooking methods. At the end, you can enjoy the sound and aroma of "clay pot rice" cooked right in front of you, even before you eat. Of course, you can take any leftover rice home and enjoy it the next morning. Please try the "Ajinouka Course" where you can eat seasonal vegetables that have been made delicious with Ajinouka's proud dashi broth in a very healthy way.

Our vegetarian course is a vegan menu. We use a vegetable stock (vegetable stock) made from vegetables and kelp, which is full of the sweetness of the vegetables, to cook seasonal vegetables. Any vegetarian can enjoy our dishes with peace of mind.
