2023.08 This day is for 2 people. Apparently it opens from 4pm, and we were there early, but there was a customer ahead of us! (◎_◎;) It's a small shop with only counter seats. The proprietress is in charge of everything, so let's be aware of that and wait or drink (^^)v I probably should have taken a photo of the menu that day, I don't know the name of the obanzai (^◇^; ) I'm sure it's delicious though ^^; I had tofu as an appetizer, and then I ordered tofu and satsumaage, both of which were delicious!! ️ I've always liked thick fried tofu, and I'm a small child who doesn't like Simmered dish thick tofu. Of the obanzai I ate this time, the highlight is the clams with egg ♬ I loved it so much that I wanted to replace it ← It's such a comforting flavor! ️ I think you can also use this with rice ← In that case, it might be better to have a little more flavor, but I think this seasoning is enough for me (^○^) The amount of alcohol is by eye. I think it would be better if it was darker ← I think they made it quite dark ^^; Thank you for the meal (o^^o)
