さて、今回は、上野で飲みということで柏の店舗で知っているお店が上野にもありましたので牡蠣料理を食べにきました
さて、今回頼んだメニューは↓↓
①佐渡近海で獲れた新鮮な牡蠣 528円
新鮮で、焼きと蒸しも楽しめ、佐渡ポン酢がアクセント！！僕は今回も生で行っちゃいました！！美味しかったぁ❤️
②牡蠣のグラタン 550円
牡蠣とグラタンの絶妙な組み合わせが癖になります。チーズたっぷりで最高でした
③牡蠣の天麩羅
新鮮でジューシー、絶品
ししとうも添えてあり、地味に嬉しかった❤️
④揚げ出し豆腐
サクサクの衣とともに、豆腐の柔らかさが口に広がりました！！
⑤ 越乃鶏の音田揚げ 880円
程よい価格で、香ばしさとジューシーさが魅力！味薄めなので皿に添えられている塩と食べるのがgood
⑥ 佐渡もずく酢 五九〇円（税別）
佐渡のもずくを、特製酢で仕上げているの。
程よい酸味だし、こんな食べやすいもずく初めて
⑦鯛の茶漬け 七五〇円（税別）
鯛茶漬け。
鯛は２切れなので鯛に着目せず、茶漬けメインで食べると良き。
