At this restaurant, you can enjoy Japanese Japanese-style meal prepared by a chef who trained for 20 years at a long-established Kappo restaurant in Kyoto, as well as wine carefully selected by a sommelier. We offer exquisite dishes made with plenty of seasonal ingredients. We use seasonal fish purchased from markets all over the country to prepare fresh sashimi and grilled dishes. Meat Dishes such as Grilled skewer using brand-name chicken "Soshu Furuhakudori" and rare cuts "grilled A5 Miyazaki beef strawberry" are also exquisite. Seasonal domestic vegetables may be available for a limited time only, so please enjoy them to your heart's content.

For drinks, we boast about 40 types of wine, mainly from France, Italy, and Japan. Glasses are available from 700 yen and bottles are available from 3,080 yen, so you can enjoy them casually. For lunch, we offer a Japanese-style Japanese-style meal meal centered around carefully selected rice balls. We use special A-rated rice "Tsukiakari" from Nozawa Onsen Village, natural sun-salted salt with a characteristic sweetness, and "Kontobi", the best variety of sushi seaweed from Tsukiji Maruyama Nori Store, which has a strong flavor and crisp texture, and air. By soaking it in and squeezing it lightly, we achieved a unique texture that does not fall apart and is not too hard. Ingredients such as eggplant miso and chirimen sansho, as well as the pork soup that goes with it, are also handmade.There is also a variety of obanzai made with seasonal vegetables.
