We have established a direct shipping route and are receiving stable shipments. Official name <Akamutsu>. This high-grade fish is called ``throat black'' in the Niigata and Hokuriku regions because of its black throat. It is known for its fatty white meat, so please enjoy its rich flavor when grilled over charcoal.

■Kamado-cooked clay pot rice...The rice we use at our restaurant is the finest Koshihikari rice from Sado. We will cook it in a pot and serve it to you. The water used for cooking is Kirinzan Sake Brewing Water (Sansui).
