御徒町の「和びすとろ TORINOS」さんに
行ってきました！
お店は御徒町駅から約徒歩2分の好立地！
外観はネオン管が光っててネオ居酒屋のような感じですが店内は明るく落ち着いた雰囲気でした。
壁に松の絵やお皿が飾っており和を感じます。
月曜日から満席でしたので、予約がおすすめ。

お通しは5種類から1つ選ぶスタイル！
豚のラグーソースやきのこのペペロンチーノなど
魅力的なものばかりでめっちゃ悩んだ、、
◯こぼれいくらと焼き鮭のポテトサラダ
こんもり盛られた美しいポテトサラダ。
いくら乗ってて嬉しいと思ってたら
なんと中に焼き鮭が！
めっちゃ美味しくて一瞬でなくなりました、、
◯ ド厚切りチャーシュー
大迫力の大きな厚切りチャーシュー！
チャーシューは分厚いけどフォークで切れるぐらいほろほろ！
タレが濃いめなのでお酒が進みます！
かなりジューシーですが爽やかなサワークラフトや
マスタードがあるのでペロリの食べれました。
大きいので3.4人で頼むのがちょうど良いかも！

サバッシュって聞いたことない料理名だと思ったら
鯖とマッシュポテトを合わせた一品でした！
パリパリでジューシーな鯖とワサビの風味がする
滑らかなマッシュポテトが相性！
