We offer a wide variety of menu items using horse meat. We purchase only the most delicious products of the season, regardless of the production area. Super fresh as it is shipped directly from farmers. We especially recommend the "horse sashimi" ◎Rare parts are also available depending on the stock availability that day. Enjoy with our 15-year-old homemade sweet sauce, which is harmoniously blended. We also have other original dishes such as horsemeat sausage, Gyoza / Dumpling, horse lick fried rice and horse politan that are perfect for finishing the dish!

We offer Creative Cuisine using beef, chicken, and sheep in addition to horse meat. As for Meat Dishes, we also offer ``Beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'' which has been popular since the store's founding. The familiar “miso soup” of Sapporo Ramen is the perfect match with fresh offal sent directly from farmers! For Meat Dishes, we recommend ``Takashi's Serious Fried chicken dish'' which was created by an employee. It has a strong flavor that makes you addicted to it once you try it, and it has many repeat customers! Enjoy our signature dishes such as seared Satsuma chicken and lamb chops.
