そう思って、毎日真剣に生きています。。
美味しいものを食べることが好き
と、言っても、自力で行かれるお店は限られていて、最近はお寿司屋さんが高くて予約も取れないし敷居も高いし、、
そんな中、
たまたま見つけたこちらのお店
1月中旬まで予約でいっぱいとのこと。
そうなのか、と思いながら、空き状況を見てみたら、たまたま2週間後の日曜日にひとつだけ空きがあり、日曜日だけれど行ってみました✨

JR秋葉原駅より徒歩、、だけれど、、
日曜日の秋葉原って、あんなに混んでいるんだぁ。。
銀座線の末広町からの方が近いし、お店までの道のりも閑静かと。。
予約の20分前に着いてしまい、外でしばし待つ。
10分前には流石に入れてくれるだろうと
入店を試み、笑顔で通して頂く。
飲み物はとりあえず暖かいお茶を頼み
カウンター予約の方が全員揃うのを待つこと10分。予約の方が揃ったところで、大将登場✨
最初は
◯沖縄産の極細もずく、自家製三杯酢
◯そら豆
◯里芋
◯白和、胡桃、林檎
◯香箱蟹
◯北海道イワシ、ほうれん草、海苔巻き
美味しい、ちょっと甘い、醤油
◯勝浦の金目鯛、蟹しんじょう、豆腐
豆腐が熱く、出汁をかけている。
出汁は昆布だし？
◯帆立、磯部巻き、シソ、糸カツオ節
帆立は焼いて醤油
◯いくら、雲丹、キャビア、カラスミ
雲丹がめっちゃ美味しかった！
◯すみイカのゲソ焼き、甘たれ
イカ柔らかい
◯茶碗蒸し、鯛の酒盗のせ
酒盗がめっちゃ美味
茶碗蒸しは鯛の出汁で作っているとのこと

総じてとっても美味しかったです✨
香箱蟹、イクラ雲丹キャビアカラスミ、
大間のマグロ、のどぐろ、イワシなどなど
コスパ良過ぎです。
まさか、香箱蟹が食べられるなんて。。
感涙。。
今日は日曜日なので、、なのか、
比較的、昆布締めだったり、漬けだったり、
炙っていたり、でしたが、
大間のマグロの赤身、漬けなのに口の中で溶けたし、海老も、さわらも、帆立も、あ、あと
雲丹がすごーく美味しかったし、
茶碗蒸しに乗っていた酒盗も美味しかったです。
いつか、おまかせのみでなく、
好きなものを追加出来たりしたらよいなぁ。
