内装、サービス、料理、どれをとってもこだわりが感じられ、尚且つ堅苦し過ぎず、素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
料理を食べる楽しさで溢れていて、とても良かったです。
フルコースを頼んだのですが、軽いアミューズが4種、更にまたアミューズが！
そのアミューズ一つ一つが美しくて、美味しくて…。
特に玉ねぎと赤海老のアミューズが美味しかったです。
玉ねぎの甘みにレアな赤海老とキャビアの塩気が効いてました。
フォアグラにりんごを合わせたスイーツのようなアミューズも美味しかったです。
フォアグラは重かったり、たまに臭みがあったりするのですが、りんごのコンポートのようなものが軽さと香りを与えていて良かったです。
本アミューズ（？）のオマールの生春巻きは、生春巻きの皮がもちもちで、今までどこで食べた生春巻きよりも皮が美味しくてビックリしました（笑）。
メインの魚の鯛は鱗を逆立てて油で香ばしく仕立てるというもので、パリパリと食感が楽しくて、ヌーベルシノアみたいな感覚の一品でした。
お肉のメインのラムとあおさのようなものが、巻いてるお肉？が他のものよりちょっと塩気が強くて、ここだけが残念…！あとは本当にパーフェクトでした。
〆の一品はお茶漬け！
これも出汁が美味しくて、さらにチーズかけてリゾット風にと楽しかったです。
デザートは春菊のアイスと苺という斬新な組み合わせでしたが、春菊のアイスが美味しい！
最後のお茶菓子のレモンのマカロンとマドレーヌも美味しくて、本当に満足。
また機会を見つけて行きたいです！
