ChefChef Iwamoto
Born in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. After going to cooking school and going to France as a student, he started his career at the Kobe Portopia Hotel. After that, in order to devote himself to French cuisine in earnest, he trained at "Ashiya French cuisine Kitajima" in Ashiya City and Restaurants in Tokyo. After that, he worked as a chef at the second restaurant "LIAISONUMEDA" of the one-star French cuisine "LIAISON" in Osaka City. In December 2023, Yushima "bistronomieAvin" will open.

We mainly purchase seasonal ingredients carefully selected by our chefs from all over the country, including fish from Wakayama Prefecture, vegetables from Okayama Prefecture, and game from Hokkaido. Please come and enjoy our cuisine, which not only uses traditional French cuisine techniques, but also incorporates Ethnic Cuisine and Japanese elements, and is visually pleasing.
