First visit to "bistronomie Avin". This store opened last December and I found out about it after seeing a certain Instagram post. I visited the restaurant for lunch as it operates as Bistro during the day and gastronomy at night. The interior of the store has a calm atmosphere that continues from the entrance counter bar. I made a reservation for the W main lunch menu and chose from 3 types of Meat Dishes. I chose the duck plate. We started with the first dish of Cremant (I forgot the photo...lol). Tuna tartare. Madeira-based dressing, caviar, pickled red onions, herb salad, and tomato consommé foam. It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and saltiness, and will definitely accelerate your appetite. The subsequent soup, fish, and meat were all of a high level. Personally, the duck meat dish was the winner! ! The cassis sauce is perfectly seasoned, and the garnishes are also wonderfully cooked. Paired with red wine, it's KO! ! Two types were suggested to go with the dish, and I selfishly ordered a small amount of both, but each one was perfect! I didn't miss dessert and after-meal tea, and I thoroughly enjoyed a very satisfying lunch! It's Bistro style restaurant, but it's made with gastronomy, and at this price... it's scary lol I definitely want to visit this place at night. Thank you for the meal! !
