湯島にある今年オープンしたリーズナブルなビストロでランチして来たよ。
店内は入り口付近にbarカウンターがあって奥にレストランで落ち着いた雰囲気で良いと思います。
今回は乾杯スパークリングワイン付きランチコースの4300円にしました。
スパークリングワインで乾杯
前菜は北海道産桜マスの燻製マリネで甘夏のソースでした。
桜マスは脂が乗っていてスモークの香りも良く甘夏のソースがさっぱりしていて美味しかったよ
パンはカリふわでバターがめちゃ美味しかったよ
スープは新玉ねぎのスープで玉ねぎの甘みがめちゃ出ていてめちゃ美味しかったよ
メインは肉と魚を選ぶ事が出来て今回は肉料理にしました。
千葉県産の林ポークのプレゼで蒸し煮した豚肉をカリッと焼き上げて玉ねぎを添えたビネガーソースで豚肉がめちゃ柔らかくて皮はパリッとしていてソースが和風でめちゃ美味しかったよ
魚料理も美味しそうでした。
デザートもめちゃ凝っていて中のチョコがトロトロでビターな感じでアイスとの相性も良くめちゃ美味しかったよ
食後のお茶も美味しかったです。
今回は13時頃に行きましたが店内はほぼ満席で店員さんのサービスも良く楽しく過ごす事が出来て良かったです。
また再訪したいと思います
