Over 55 years since our establishment, we hope you will have a delicious time with our popular Seafood shabu and cold yellowtail, domestically produced natural kueh hotpot from Kishu and Genkai Sea, shabu-shabu of phantom shabu shabu from the Goto Islands, blowfish, soft-shelled turtle-shelled Sushi, and sushi.

The second generation (young owner) of Asakusa's ``Fish Restaurant Enshuya.'' About 50 years ago, the first generation started going to the fish banks in Senju and Tsukiji, and during his childhood he used them as a playground and during his apprenticeship, he visited the riverbanks to learn how to be a good eye. Thanks to his teachings about taste, he learned from an early age how to discern fish, such as how to determine freshness, and even learn about the ecology and history of fish. He is truly a ``fish expert,'' appearing in newspaper and TV commentary and as a supervisor in the book ``Fish Dictionary.''
