本日訪れたのは､浅草にある玄品ふぐさんです♪
今日の目当ては、飯田商店さんプロデュースのラーメンを食べに来ました！
こちらのお店は､結構前からある店舗で中は､年季を感じます。
ランチに訪れたので、ランチのふぐコースにプラスで良いかなぁって思い､いざ注文するとランチには付けられないとの事…。
夜のコースにプラス800円で付けらるとの事…
何処にも書いて無いのに…と心で呟きつつ。
気を取り直し､メニューをチェックして､つけ麺付きの焼きふぐコース6000円にしました！
注文をするとお水かお茶かを聞きに来ます…外が酷暑だったので、早く水が欲しかった…。
しばらくすると､お料理の到着です♪
てっぴ…少し厚めのふぐ皮でポン酢、あさつき、紅葉おろしがのってます。
ふぐ唐揚げ…2品目で唐揚げと思いつつ…ひと口ふた口食べ進めると身が少し、魚臭さが残るので、レモンを搾り匂いを誤魔化し…さつまいもとししとうの素揚げが添えてあります。
てっさ…こちらも少し匂いが気になり…薬味とポン酢をたっぷりと…。あと水っぽいかなぁ
焼きふぐ…骨付き肉､厚めの身､鉄皮､ししとう､椎茸､ネギ
タレ3種、甘味噌､塩ニンニク､唐辛子です。
焼いた香ばしさが加わり、美味しいですね！てっさのポン酢も取って置いたので、こちらもさっぱり頂けます♪
つけ麺…あまりのショックに写真を撮り忘れてしまった…
コンビニのつけ麺のがよっぽど良いかな…
麺が特製麺なのに、茹で方が悪いのかな、あまり好みではなかった…
ふぐの白子ソースで味変､濃厚になります。
ナッツのアイス…カチカチでスプーンが逃げる…ひと口､ナッツの入ったアイスです！美味しい！
