Therefore, in addition to the base soy sauce, we are very particular about yuzu and vinegar citrus, and in our laboratory we secretly brew vinegar citrus from the famous production areas of Kamiyama Town and Sanagawachi Village, Tokushima Prefecture, and yuzu from Kito Village, Naka Town, Tokushima Prefecture.
