When I called [a:13003657, Miura-ya], I was told that it was full, so I decided to make a reservation for Uogashi, a blowfish restaurant I haven't been to in Asakusa. I reserved a seat at the sunken kotatsu. I ordered the full stomach course (13,200 yen). It didn't seem like Shirako was included in the course, so I added Shirako-yaki (4000 yen). When I asked if they could make milt zosui, the hostess said she could, so I added milt for the hot pot. For drinks, I had fillet sake and my wife had barley shochu. There is already sashimi and boiled tuna on the table. Fugu sashimi also came out. Fugu sashimi doesn't have that much volume. The boiled flavor is gentle. The proprietress will guide you through the preparation of fin sake. Seared puffer fish came out. It is delicious mixed with vegetables and sesame seeds. When I ordered sake from the seat next to me, the hostess lit the sake from above and poured it, just like my partner Ukyo. I was surprised. But it's beautiful. It's like a dessert performance at a wedding at the Imperial Hotel. Deep-fried puffer fish and added Shirako-yaki. delicious. Grilled puffer fish. Eat with miso, green onions, and shiso leaves. Grilled puffer fish is also delicious, but I think it's okay without it. I asked for the next sake to go with my fillet sake. Fire performance is fun. Fuguchiri is prepared. The staff will make everything for you. What's unusual about this is that you first put all the puffer fish in there, then let the puffer fish eat first, then the tofu and shungiku, then the enoki mushrooms, and finally the Chinese cabbage. The amount of blowfish is small but delicious. When the toppings ran out, the landlady added Shirako for the hot pot. There are 4 slices, but 2 slices are eaten as is with ponzu sauce instead of making porridge. delicious. I was asked whether I would like more or less soup. I like [a:13001252, Koyanagi]'s Shirako Zosui, so I asked for less soup. First, they pour soup over pickled radish and let me drink it. The landlady also adjusts the amount of salt. delicious. I was recommended to have rice for two people (I was told that if I had leftovers, I could take them home with me, but I didn't know how I would take the rice porridge home), but I stubbornly accepted the meal for one person.I thought I would never be able to finish it all. Body. The young man next to me died because he couldn't eat all he could eat.I simmered it until the liquid ran out and finally stopped the heat with a raw egg.The Shirako zosui is rich [a:13001252, Koyanagi] style and is very delicious. Most of the puffer fish restaurants in Asakusa serve light zosui with a lot of soup, so I didn't know there was a puffer fish restaurant where you could eat this [a:13001252,Koyanagi] style. The rich zosui comes with furikake. I was asked to eat some cabbage pickles from the large assorted pickles. I was asked if I wanted to pay by cash or by card. There was a sign on the wall that said there would be a 3% processing fee if I paid by card. However, this is a violation of member store regulations, so you should be careful.Other than that, it was a fun and nice store.
