This colorful dish is actually made mostly of turnips and daikon radish! ! The taste is fresh and full of sweetness. All of our vegetables are delivered directly from our farm in Yatsugatake, so you can enjoy the freshness and natural flavor of the vegetables! ! The colorful seasonal vegetables will delight your eyes even more. Another feature of our restaurant is that each plate always comes with Kobuchizawa vegetables. Our vegetable-based cuisine is bio-French cuisine which is gentle on the body.
