浅草 裏観音にあるフレンチです。ビストロと言ったほうが良いのかな？
深夜の2時まで営業しており、カウンター席もあるのでお一人様もOKみたい。
メニューはフレンチ、洋食、パスタなど。小淵沢から取り寄せた野菜料理も自慢みたいだ。
お値段は高くはないが、それなりにする。お安く酔っ払いたい時には向いていない。
コース料理もあるみたいだが、アラカルトで注文してみた。
赤ピーマンのブランダード 800円
ブランダードとは干し鱈とマッシュポテトを生クリームで和えたもの。それを赤ピーマンに詰めた料理だよ。
ピーマンの赤とブランダードの白、そして付け合わせの野菜の緑がカラフルで彩りが美しい。見た目から期待できそうな料理だな。
味のほうももちろん二重丸。特にブランダードがすごく滑らかなんだ。しっかり裏ごしされていて口当たりがいいね。
広島産牡蠣のグラタン 1500円
ベシャメルソースは牡蠣の力強い味がします。これはすごく美味しい。
牡蠣も大粒なのが入ってたしね。
グランドメニューじゃないみたいだけど、これは当たりだったかもしれない。
フランス産ウズラのロースト 1800円
〆にもう1皿、量が多くない物を頼もうと悩んでいると、大将からこちらをオススメされました。なぜローストが〆なのか？？？と思っていましたが、食べてみたらよくわかりました。
到着まで時間がかかりましたね。それだけ仕事量が多い料理みたいだよ。到着したのがコチラです。
うずらを丸ごと、かと言ってそんなに大きいわけではありません。握りこぶしくらいかな。
ナイフを入れるとすーっと半分に割れます。

中にリゾットが詰まってる。だから〆なのか。
銀杏もゴロゴロ入ってるし。ちょっぴりスパイシーですごくお米がおいしい。
うずらのお肉はふんわり柔らかくて、表面はローストでカリッとしている。ローストの見本だなと思う上手な仕上がりの焼き具合だな。
ドリンクは最初生中、次にグラスワインの白と赤をいただきました。
グラスワインは900円から1500円。安くはないですね。
浅草の住宅街にある何てことないお店だけど、出てくる料理はかなり本格派。
深夜までやってるし使い勝手の良さそうなお店ですね。
