お目当てのビストロに振られ、その近くの別のビストロに行くもやっておらず、歩いてる時に「チョイ飲みセット」の立て看板が目に入ったこちらにする事に。
チョイ飲みセットがあるとはいえ、ちょっと敷居が高そうなイメージ。
店内は何となくフレンチと言うよりは中華な感じのインテリア。
上品な感じのマダムがお出迎えです。
メニューに書かれたシェフの経歴を読み知りましたが、代官山の小川軒で洋食の基礎を学び、数々のフランス料理の名店で働き、渡仏経験もあるそうです。
期待値が高まりすね。
まずは2人ともチョイ飲みセットを。
ドリンクはスパークリングワインにしました。
そしてチョイ飲みセットのお料理ですが、1人ずつワンプレートでの提供。
見た目からクオリティの高そうな前菜の盛り合わせに驚きました。
1つ1つマダムが丁寧に説明してくださいます。
お野菜は全て小渕沢農家から。ヤマメの自家製コンフィ、鴨の砂肝、自家製のロースハムとパンチェッタなど。
そしてお箸でいただきます。
立派な大きさのヤマメのコンフィは頭から骨まで全て食べれます。川魚があまり得意ではない私でも感動な美味しさ。
そして自家製というロースハムやパンチェッタも美味しくて、お料理の期待値はさらに上がりました。
ホワイトマッシュルームのソテーはガーリックチップがたっぷりと。マッシュルームの旨味とガーリック感が堪らず箸が止まらない。
野菜の旨味を効かせたキーマカレーもまたスプーンが止まらず、何をいただいても美味しいしか言葉が出ないほど私の好みなものばかり。
帰りは外までマダムがお見送り。
他にも気になるメニューが豊富なのでまた来店したいお店。
