休日の朝
早く起きれましたので
なにも調べないで浅草方面へ。
何軒かBMはしてあった中で
初訪のこちらのお店へ。
確か以前調べた時は夜のみの営業だったと思いましたが
オープンの文字が見えましたのでカウンター席へ。
メニューを確認にして
オムライスとエスプレッソをオーダー。
目の前で調理風景を楽しみながら10分程で到着。
かなりの量のライスがたまごに包まれていたのを見ていたので
ボリュームありますし、楽しみです。
ケチャップは無いタイプなので
ライスに特徴があるのかな？
たまごはしっかり巻かれていて鮮やかです。
香りも良く、スプーンを入れた瞬間に
中のライスのコク豊かな香りが一気にブワーッと溢れ出してきました。
たまごの内側はフワフワで香り良く
ライスはトマトソースの酸味がまろやかで
マッシュルームなどのキノコ類の旨味とチキンの旨味が美味いです。
最後の一口をいただいて
口元と胸の辺りにいい香りが残っていて余韻が良いです。
苦味の効いたエスプレッソを美味しくいただいて完食。
まだお腹は1/3程度なので
グリルグランドさんか香味屋さんか、、、どちらに行きましょうか。
