以前から行きたかったお店の中から、今日は浅草ランチをチョイス(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
日・祝しかランチを提供していないようなので、sスケジュールを調整してレッツゴー♪
いわゆる西浅草の美味しいお店が集まるエリアにある
「食彩 朋」さん。隠れ家ビストロ的な、お料理の評判が総じてすこぶる良いお店です。
以前は単品メニューもあったようですが、今はランチコースのみとなります。

オードブルと言いながら、その量にびっくりΣ(ﾟДﾟ)
もりもりのお野菜に、透明感ある美しいイワシの身に、アンチョビやナッツを使った
ドレッシングというかペーストソースがたっぷり乗っています。
見るからにフレッシュなイワシとお野菜をたっぷりと一口ぱくり！

それに加えて、お野菜も瑞々しくて、更に、このソースが、むっちゃくちゃ

絶対お酒に合うやつじゃん、お酒が必要なやつじゃん、絶対お酒じゃん。
って、一口食べるごとに声に出しながら頂いてました（笑）
このソースをバケットに乗せて頂くと、これまたお酒がすすむおつまみの出来上がり(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
ああ、昼間からお酒を楽しめるタイプだったらよかった・・・・( ；∀；)
京のスープはリンゴのスープ。
表面に振られたペッパーが良いアクセントとなり、爽やかで清涼感ある一杯でした♪
そして、メインのトリップは
ナミナミと盛られ、ハーブ＆パン粉をかけてオーブンで焼き上げられているようです。
トマトとハーブの香りが食欲をそそりますねえ♪

焼きたて、マグマの熱さに襲われて、はふはふしていると
その後にやってくるむっちゃくちゃ美味しいトマトソースの旨味！！！
これ、またもやお酒に合うやつじゃん( ；∀；)
トリップ（モツ）もプリプリ＆コリコリで、むっちゃくちゃ、うんまーーーーーーーーーいでーーーーーーーーーーす(*´▽｀*)♪
暑いんだけど、美味しい！
だから、すぐさまもう一口行こうとすると
またまたアッツアツ、だけと、うんまい(*´▽｀*)
その繰り返しで、無我夢中というのは、このことでしょうと言う位の勢いで食べ進めます！
後半はかなり苦しくなるほど、量がたっぷりなので、同行者に助けてもらいました。
デザートはベリーのアイスとチョコムース
これもボリュームたっぷりで、ムースは食べきれなかったです( ；∀；)
同行者の選んだハヤシライスも、深みのあるデミグラスがムチャクチャおいしくて
ライスと一緒ではあるのに、これもお酒と頂いたら美味しいだろうなあと想像しちゃいました♪
帰りには、次回はあれがたべたい、これが食べたいと
ワイワイ話しながら、おなかいっぱいなのに、次の訪問を妄想しておりました（笑）
何を食べても美味しいランチコースに大満足でした(*´▽｀*)
