Food Enjoy Local Cuisine of southern France, “bouillabaisse” and “cassoulet”
Our signature menu is ``Bouillabaisse,'' which is made with a hearty mix of seasonal seafood. You can enjoy a rich soup made by grinding the bones of lobster and fish, and simmering them with plenty of vegetables. This is a special dish that the chef, who trained for two years in the south of France, has often made since then. We also recommend the cassoulet, which has a spicy and addictive taste. This dish contains white beans, duck, and sausage, and is packed with the flavors of pig's feet and ears.
