Please enjoy authentic Edomae Sushi that respects the traditions that have been passed down since ancient times, while also enjoying a casual atmosphere that reflects the changes in modern Japanese food culture. Our restaurant offers an `` selection Course'' that combines Sushi made with fresh fish and carefully selected a la carte dishes. Among the three courses available at different prices, our top recommendation is the `` selection Course'' (7,700 yen), which includes 11 pieces of Sushi, appetizers, seasonal dishes, grilled foods, steamed custard, bowls, and sweets.

We directly purchase seafood mainly from Toyama Prefecture, which is grown in the rich waters of the Sea of Japan, and we also purchase seafood from Hokkaido and Toyosu that cannot be caught in Toyama.
