店前の看板を見て飛び込み入店
大人2人分のコースを頼べば子連れでも、オッケーとの事でした
1人7,700円のコース2人分とア・ラ・カルト
小鉢4品と焼き物、茶碗蒸し、握り寿司11貫との事
出ばなは、ほうれん草の胡麻和え
続いて、小鯵の南蛮漬け
鰹の刺身? 小肌の奉書巻き?酢味噌ぞえ、
小肌を薬味と共に
桂剥きした大根で巻いて酢味噌で食すと、
云うもの。 サッパリして美味しい
暑い季節にピッタリの一品ですね。
ただ、酢味噌がちと甘いかなぁ
ここから握りが始まりました
赤身、鱸、ホタテ、平政、鯵

昔ながらの寿司屋さんだからかなぁ
舎利が甘めだね
カウンターでは煮切りを塗って提供している様ですが、テーブルでは醤油とお小皿を差し出されました？
穴子に関しては、パックの煮穴子？
メッチャ甘いし、臭いも気になりました
甘海老も冷凍だし、カマスも生臭い
どれが美味しかった？
と、聞かれたら1つも答えられません
続いて茶碗蒸し、銀鱈の西京焼き???
茶碗蒸しは、硬い硬い硬い!
なぜ？
出汁の味も何もあったもんじゃ無い!
銀鱈は論外！
きっと凍ったまま西京床に漬けたの？
何も味が染みてねー！
それでいて、水っぽい！
間違いなく半解凍で処理したと思われます。
大体今どき、寿司屋のおまかせで銀鱈は無いものだ！
季節も何もあったものじゃ無い！
一口食べて下げて貰ったのだが、最後までその事に対する対応が有りませんでした。
別に詫て欲しい訳じゃ無いんですが、あんなにスタッフさん大勢いたのに(;´д｀)ﾄﾎﾎ…
