ChefYoshiyuki Ito, a chef who honed his skills at a famous restaurant, opened a business in Kuramae with his younger brother
Born in Asakusa, Tokyo in 1989. After graduating from culinary school, he trained at ``Grand Hyatt Tokyo'' and ``Ebisu O'Gamando Tokyo''. After gaining experience in all operations at Ebisu O'Gyamand Tokyo, he became the head chef at Nakameguro Blocks at the age of 28. Before opening, he studied under Mr. Yamada of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) BEAST in Asakusa. Studied WAGYU under Mr. Yamada. He self-taught himself to become a wine sommelier, and on March 31, 2021, he opened "GONIAKURAMAE" with his younger brother, who is also a sommelier.

We travel to the local area to serve dishes that are enriched with ingredients that are inspired by the producers. We are particularly proud of the high-quality purebred Tajima Awaji Wagyu beef and vegetables purchased from contracted farms in Shizuoka Prefecture. As for dishes, we recommend the ``Awaji Wagyu Sirloin Steak'', which has a strong meat flavor, and the ``Foie Gras Teriyaki Sandwich'', which has a perfect combination of sweet and spicy sauce. The best time to use the course is from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. In addition, for groups of 4 or more, we will serve a course meal.
