The owner of the store was originally from Rishotei in Ueno Park. All you can drink for an additional 2,400 yen (tax included) per person. Please note that we cannot specify sake or shochu. Thank you for your understanding. Our restaurant recommends courses such as seasonal Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), wild eel, farmed eel tasting, and winter-only natural nine-eel dishes. The specialty is the monkfish hot pot course. During the busy season (winter period), we may decline reservations for à la carte only. We apologize for the inconvenience, but during busy periods we may be limited to two hours. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to your continued support as we continue to change. |
スタートの蟹味噌豆腐(葛粉で固めている)から、丁寧な仕事で絶妙なもっちりふんわり濃厚で、期待が高まるばかり。
前菜の三品も美味しくいただき、そして、あん肝がメチャクチャ旨い!!!
低温調理をされているそうで、火が通り過ぎす固くない、柔らかくて、あん肝史上断トツNo.1の美味しさ。臭みなんてもちろんなく、優しく濃厚なアマは絶品でした。
鮟鱇のお刺身を、先程のあん肝が入ったポン酢でいぢく、至高ですね。
そしてあんこう鍋。根せり大好きなんですよね。身はふんわり、ゼラチンはぷるぷる、あん肝は鍋に入れてもふんわり柔らかく甘い!
鍋の汁は、塩味抑えめで、甘めの優しい味。これがまた雑炊にすると堪らない美味しさ。
汁が美味しすぎて飲みすぎて雑炊作れなくならないように気をつけましょう。
揚げ物は、大きな身がプリプリフワフワ。脂もたっぷり乗ってますね。
最後の甘味も、こんにゃく芋を葛粉で固めた優しい柔らかさ。あんこも甘さ控え目。
少なくとも都内では断トツNo.1のあんこう鍋コースですね。
