魚介は文句なく全部うまい。
日本酒も品揃えが面白くて、しかも安い。
推しの、鹿の低温ローストは切り方が薄すぎて全く味が出ていない。鹿肉の良さが出せていない。
お通しから美味い。すぐに日本酒が欲しくなって十四代を注文。お任せ飲み比べセットから熱燗と日本酒に合う料理を堪能出来ました。今回は息子と二人で最高に楽しかったですが、一人でも来たい良い雰囲気でした。
他のお店では食べられない独特な肴がいくつもありました。一方、スタンダードなだし巻き卵もしっかりとおいしい。そしてリーズナブル。席も広く居心地が良い。通いやすい名店の予感です。
日本酒3合 刺身盛り合わせ おせち 3300円
熟成魚 塩でうまい。
日本酒飲み放題1時間2300円あり
相変わらず美味い肴と酒で頗る満足な会食で御座いました。
2回目の来店。
相変わらず、雰囲気もよく日本酒が美味しくいただけました。
メニュー多く悩んでしまいジビエは頼まず。
しかし、お刺身も美味しくとても充実した１日となりました。

素晴らしい熟成魚の刺身❗
地元民に寄り添った接客と清潔で寛げる空間‼️
毎日でも行きたくなります。
音楽が店の雰囲気と合ってない。
もっと和風のジャズとかかけたらいいのになぁ。
そして冬は寒いので注意。笑
お料理もとても美味しく、スタッフも皆さん感じの良い方たちです！
ただお酒が高いのと、女性スタッフで腰まである髪を束ねただけ。わさわさらテーブルに当たったり。。。
せめてお団子に束ねて欲しいですね
