Visited on a Friday night after 9pm. The second floor is still crowded. The squid marinated in rapeseed vinegar miso is delicious with chewy and tender squid. Fried Mexicali has an interesting gap between the fluffy fish meat and the crunchy, fragrant, hard batter. The flavor of the fish oozes out, and it's definitely in season! This fried chicken has a crunchy and fragrant coating, similar to the fried chicken of Mexicali. I really like this type because it has a strong presence and is filling. The chicken is also tender, juicy and delicious! Finished with the usual grilled Onigiri and miso soup. The grilled rice balls are perfectly charred by the Onigiri, and have a rich and lingering taste, making them the best in my history. It's hard to find a more exquisite browning than this one.
