Our most recommended menu item is definitely the ``charcoal-grilled sika deer''! We use fresh meat, not frozen, throughout the year and grill it over charcoal for a delicious aroma. Homemade chive sauce makes it even more delicious. We also recommend the daily special pasta, which is always available in about 5 to 6 types.◎We also change the type of noodles to match the sauce well, making this a masterpiece filled with special care.
