This is my favorite Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers).
A Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) located very close to Nezu Station. There are counter seats and table seats inside the store. Casual atmosphere. I received the Terusumi course for 8,800 yen. What I received was ⚪︎ Shogoin turnip bowl with Kasumi duck meatballs and asparagus tips. My stomach is warm. ⚪︎Chicken kelp tightening sashimi Sharpened Chinese ink on the chicken fillet. It's sticky and has the flavor of kelp. ⚪︎Hugging Body [Skewer] Wrap the skin of the breast around the breast meat. The skin is crispy and the meat is moist. ⚪︎Gizzard [Skewer] Good texture. ⚪︎Ponzu sauce with skin and neck lymph nodes with ponzu sauce. The refreshing taste is good here! ⚪︎Seseri [Skewer] Place horseradish on the seseri. ⚪︎Bonjiri [Skewer] Sprinkled with Japanese pepper. It's blingy and greasy. ⚪︎Duck tartare Yuba, shiso sprouts. The texture contrast between the skin and the meat is wonderful, and the meat is moist with a gentle flavor. It feels good to be able to attack the salt and smoke at the last minute. 焼いた新玉葱が入ってます。クリアな上湯に新玉ねぎの燻煙の香りが移って面白い。

⚪︎ねぎま
山椒かけてある。ネギが絶妙。柔らかすぎず硬すぎずトロトロになる前の状態がいい。皮目パリッとして身はふっくらジューシー。

エシャロット、パクチー、クルミで和えて。
⚪︎蕗味噌 海苔で巻いて頂きます。

⚪︎ホワイトアスパラの茶碗蒸し
鶏白湯にパルミジャーノチーズ。
⚪︎パテ
白レバーのパテをパンに塗って。パンの端っこにのせてあるクリームを伸ばして。甘くてスイーツみたい。
⚪︎もも肉
ちぢみほうれん草のお浸しと茎の部分も添えて。モモにはタスマニアンマスタード。茎の部分がめちゃくちゃ甘くて美味し!糠漬けにした鬼おろしもクセになる。

1年熟成じゃがいものコロッケ。タルタル。

しっかり燻煙きいててジューシーでパサつきもなく胸肉っぽくない。

焼き鳥は火入れが素晴らしい!
一品料理も食材の組み合わせや味付けなどセンスの良さを感じます。
鶏肉とお野菜も両方取れるのでバランスいいし野菜が美味しい。
8800円で大満足のコースです。
